central location delicious breakfast charming team
the location is central for shopping and dining it can be both calm and vibrant. the breakfast was delicious. the front desk team handled a points issue well they were charming and helpful.

amazing location kind staff fresh breakfast
i found the location amazing it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff was kind and helpful especially with directions. breakfast offered fresh choices and healthy options i appreciated that. the bathroom had underfloor heating a pleasant surprise .
the hotel is cash free i wanted to tip the housekeeper but couldn't. i needed to exchange some bills this was not possible at the hotel. it was inconvenient.

Really good Stay, a TRUE Gem!
friendly staff killer location tasty breakfast comfortable bed
The staff was INCREDIBLY professional and friendly. Their location is a KILLER! The proximity to key attractions, like the Vasa Museum, Metro, and waterfront made sightseeing easy. I loved the atrium and restaurants, and the breakfasts were tasty and bountiful. The bed was comfortable, and my room was very clean.
For a five star hotel, my room was a bit lackluster. It could use a refresh. Electrical cord draped across the ceiling looked odd.

The reception team was excellent and helped overcome a glitch with points. They were charming and helpful. I felt welcome! The staff in restaurant NOI was also good and very engaging during my tasting menu experience.

The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. EVERYTHING is within walking distance! It provides both tranquility and liveliness. The hotel is close to international boutiques, restaurants, and cafés.

My room was lovely and quiet. I did not want for anything . The room included thick towels, and the hot water was plentiful. A rainfall shower was present. The hotel offers rooms with gorgeous views of the park and waterfront.

the room was a beautiful king room. i appreciated the byredo toiletries (i love the scents!).
i found the bathroom lighting insufficient for makeup. also, the room lacked usb power points (it's a modern convenience i've come to rely on).
